Before you play…
There are a few things you need to prepare beforehand:

Our community is super friendly to newer players, but this is not a learn-to-play event. Please familiarize yourself with the basics of playing the Pokémon trading card game before attending!

Your Pokémon Trainer ID. If you don’t have one yet, follow this link to create a Trainer ID: https://play.pokemon.com/en-us/resources/documents/player-id-generation-article/

Your event ticket. We recommend buying in advance; we have limited space and pre-registering guarantees your seat. Can't make it? You can get a refund in store credit.

Cancellations/No-Shows
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the event begins. If you are late you risk forfeiting your spot to walk-in participants.

Cancelled / no-show tickets will be refunded in store credit only minus processing fees, and forfeit all promos and prizes. Credit will be issued to the email address on file.

If after purchasing a ticket you can no longer make the event, please cancel your ticket so that we can bring someone in off the waitlist!

Store Information
KN95 masks are optional and provided at no charge upon request.
Gamelandia has plenty of free parking!

Be sure to review our Code of Conduct below, and follow the golden rule— be the kind of player YOU would want to play with!
