What is your order cancellation policy?
We strive to fulfill every order accurately and on time, but in rare cases, we may need to cancel orders due to the following reasons:
- If an item is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, we will issue a full refund.
- Orders placed due to pricing mistakes, incorrect product information, or other technical issues may be canceled at our discretion. You will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
- If an item is found to be damaged or unsellable before shipping, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- You are also able to cancel an order before it ships, for any reason! Just reach out via email.

Payment Dispute / Chargeback Policy
We strive to resolve all customer concerns promptly and amicably. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can assist you.
Please note that initiating a payment chargeback through your bank without first contacting us and giving us an opportunity to address the issue may result in limitations being placed on your ability to make future purchases with us or participate in our events.

What if my package was lost, stolen or damaged?

If your order’s gone missing, arrived damaged, or had an unfortunate adventure, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To keep things fair (and fight off package fraud), we may ask for:
- Photos of the item, packaging, or delivery area
- A police report for higher-value or suspicious cases
- Please note: Replacements aren’t always possible due to limited inventory, but we’ll work with you on the best solution

Do you offer special orders or pre-orders for games?
We do offer special orders for board games, and we accept advance "requests" (unpaid, unguaranteed)
We do not offer preorders for Trading Card Game products due to frequent distributor allocation limits and unpredictable supply. To ensure fair access and avoid customer disappointment, we only list TCG items once we have confirmed quantities in stock. This helps us provide accurate availability and reliable information to our customers.
Do you have gift cards available?
Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations that can be used in-store or online. Come into the shop to find out more!
