Cat Pierce is a singer, songwriter, painter, self-proclaimed psychonaut, and spiritual evolution enthusiast.

Known primarily for her music, she is one half of the sister-band The Pierces and has also had success as a solo artist. Her songs have been featured in movies and television shows such as Dexter, Gossip Girl, Riverdale, and more. Most notably, she penned and performed the theme song for the ABC hit show, Pretty Little Liars.

She has toured the world with Coldplay, Lissie, Adam Green, Albert Hammond Jr, and performed with Emmylou Harris with Elton John. She has garnered two top ten albums in England, one of which reached Gold status. She created the artwork for Thirteen Tales of Love & Revenge—The Pierces’ cult-hit record. Her love of drawing, writing, and spiritual development inspired her to create her first tarot deck: The Wandering Star Tarot.

Tarot has been influential in my own life. It helped me know myself and my desires more deeply and helped me sharpen my intuition. Lady Frieda Harris said; "The tarot could be described as God's picture-book" I also see tarot as a tool to connect with the ethereal through images infused with ancient wisdom and powerful intention. My greatest hope is that this tarot deck will bring you clarity and joy and guide you along your journey.

About the deck

The Wandering Star Tarot is a hand-drawn, 79 card tarot deck that features tarot's traditional 78 cards plus a bonus card unique to The Wandering Star deck. The bonus card is called The Mother Star. She represents balanced energies of all the elements and keeps symbols from each suit of the Minor Arcana close to her to remind us that a full, well-lived existence means experiencing and welcoming all the highs and lows that life has to offer. If she appears in a reading with a yes/no question she indicates a resounding YES!

The deck includes 23 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana. Each card was lovingly created with pencil, ink, and a dash of paint for good measure. I used vibrant colors and fanciful characters to evoke a world of magic, curiosity, and mysticism.

You can use the deck as a daily spiritual, meditative practice. Drawing cards each day can help heighten your intuitive skills and help you connect with source. You may also use the deck to give readings to others and assist in their spiritual connection.

The Wandering Star Tarot is wonderful for experienced tarot readers and for beginners alike. The deck comes with a guidebook that gives examples of classic tarot spreads as well as a special spread I created uniquely for this deck. The guidebook also offers descriptions for the meaning of each card and powerful quotes inspired by the energy of the card. I have incorporated subtle keywords into the artwork on the cards to help guide the reader and to make it possible for beginners to give readings without referring to the guidebook.
