Revenant is a competitive worker placement game of shifting allegiances, taking place on an escaping starfleet besieged by the Voidborn. It is set in the same dark sci-fi universe as Voidfall, but it is a standalone game with different mechanisms. 

Your task is to lead the Revenant and the fleet of the Houses’ Alliance out of the Voidborn’s reach, and build up allegiances with the right Houses to secure your future once the Revenant is safe.

PROTECT THE FLEET You can take your part in protecting the fleet by destroying enemy ships, repairing friendly vessels or maneuvering them to safe areas, or ultimately activating the Revenant’s hyperdrive to jump to a safer sector. 

BUILD ALLEGIANCES On your turn, you place a crew member to take an action on one of the Houses’ ships, your own Frigate, or the Revenant itself; you then gain Influence with the House whose ship you are using, gradually building up your allegiance with several Houses. 

IMPROVE YOUR FRIGATE Your actions include landing on planets for resources, deploying new ships, fighting the Voidborn, and much more. Each turn you also take a Bonus action to gain temporary benefits, train your crew, or improve your Frigate. 

SAVE THE REVENANT Revenant blends the resource management and engine building of a worker placement game with the tactical angle of an ever-changing action spaces and shifting allegiances, resulting in lots of tough decisions, clutch moments and constant player interaction.
