Adrift is played through four parts which can be completed in any order, each representing a different elemental spirit (Sky, Earth, Water, and Forest). Each section of the game contains three sequential puzzles told through poems, an illustrated poster, and a physical item which needs to be assembled in order to derive a solution phrase.
