Please familiarize yourself with the basics of the Gundam TCG so you can hit the ground running!\n\nThe Bandai TCG Plus App. You’ll need a Bandai account to sign in at the event.\nYour event ticket. We recommend buying in advance; we have limited space and pre-registering guarantees your seat. Can't make it? You can get a refund in store credit.\n\nCancellations\/No-Shows\nPlease plan to arrive 10 minutes before the event begins. If you are late you risk forfeiting your spot to waitlisted participants.\n\nIf after purchasing a ticket you can no longer make the event, please cancel your ticket so that we can bring someone in off the waitlist!\n\nCancelled \/ no-show tickets will be refunded in store credit only via digital gift card minus processing fees, and forfeit all promos and prizes.\n\nStore Information\nKN95 masks are optional and provided at no charge upon request.\nGamelandia has plenty of free parking!\n\nBe sure to review our Code of Conduct below, and follow the golden rule— be the kind of player YOU would want to play with!\n\nHave a question?
